This course is designed to prepare students for the successful presentation and defense of their completed dissertation. The final oral defense represents the culmination of the doctoral journey, where students formally present the results, conclusions, and implications of their research before their dissertation committee. Building on feedback from previous courses and the completed dissertation manuscript, students will refine their presentation to clearly demonstrate the originality, relevance, and contribution of their work to both academia and practice. Special emphasis will be placed on the student’s ability to communicate the significance, methodology, findings, and practical impact of their study, with a focus on addressing real-world business challenges. This final step confirms the student’s readiness to contribute as a scholar-practitioner and completes the doctoral dissertation process.
